6 Week Pregnancy Yoga Course

The practice of yoga and meditation during pregnancy can have many positive physiological and psychological effects for both mother and baby.
Throughout the course you will learn how to move your body in a safe and mindful way, open up areas of tightness and strengthen areas that tend to weaken as pregnancy progresses.
We will look at ways to relieve common pregnancy issues such as sore backs, tight shoulders, anxiety and insomnia.
The course is designed to allow you to bond with other moms to be and help you form a strong network of support for yourself and your growing family.
Classes will always include some group discussion, breath work and a chance to relax during meditation or yoga nidra.
All those attending must complete a registration form, you will be asked to give a few details about your health and your recent pregnancy. All details will be treated with the utmost respect for your privacy. This course is suitable to those who have reached their second trimester and beyond.
