“Deepen Your Practice” Session

Join Registered Yoga Teacher Jaime Ackerman for 5 intensive weeks of yoga exploration.

Dive deeper into your practice by setting your foundation, exploring the key principles of alignment and learning to safely open in order to express your greatest potential.

Gain a new appreciation and confidence in your practice that will translate into your daily life.

This session consists of an Intro Workshop to lay the foundational concepts and then subsequent classes to practice and put them into yoga play!
