<p><em><strong>What is the 40 Day Yoga Challenge? What do I have to commit to?</strong></em></p>
<p>- 6 days of Yoga each week (4 times min. @ the studio). If you can&#8217;t make it to the studio, we have exclusive videos for you to do at home (20-30min each)</p>
<p>- 1 day for meditation. We also have videos for this! You will receive a new 10-15min meditation each week to do at home.</p>
<p>- We will focus on the 4 BIG HABITS that will change your life!</p>
<p>- You will receive a Challenge Booklet to track your progress, a ton of vegetarian recipes to try, access to a private Facebook group just for Challenge participants, and access to all the exclusive videos!</p>
<p><em><strong>FAQ:</strong></em></p>
<p>Q: What if I can&#8217;t do yoga 6 days a week? What if I don&#8217;t have the time?<br />
A: Not to worry! Do what you can and be very proud of that! Lots of people start the Challenge just with the intention of simply challenging themselves to do more than they already are. The prize at the end is merely a bonus&#8230; the rewards from within will make a lasting impression!</p>
<p>Q: Is there a certain class I need to come to each day?<br />
A: No, other than the Mandatory Meeting Sunday, May 6, you are free to make your own schedule and come to whatever classes you want to!</p>
<p>Q: I&#8217;ve never done yoga before- is this going to be too much for me?<br />
A: This is a great introduction to Yoga at The Yoga Loft!  Because most of our classes are multi-level, rest assured that you can ease into it at your own pace. Try a few Discover Yoga classes as part of you schedule, and you&#8217;ll be familiar with the flow in no time! Yin Yoga is another perfect class for beginners!</p>

Friday, March 9, 7:00-9:30pm ~ What Yoga Is/One Yoga:<br />
There are many misconceptions about what yoga is. In this workshop, Ryan explores various interpretations and communicates his Truth of what Yoga really is. Sure it is exercise, but is it exorcism? is it more about the body or about the mind? Is yoga a religion? Be inspired to move beyond your self-deflating, self-limiting tendencies, and breakthrough in your body and mind.</p>
<p>Saturday, March 10, 10:00-12:30pm ~ Living Your Yoga:<br />
Deepen your understanding of yoga through this lecture/asana practice which focused on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Ryan will share how he has experienced Patanjali&#8217;s teachings in his own practice, making them accessible and relevant. This Yoga Sutras Workshop will bring clarity to the tradition of yoga and it&#8217;s power to free us from self-defeating thought and self-imposed obstacles.</p>
<p>Saturday, March 10, 2:30-5:00pm ~ Balance in Space &#8220;Find Your Roots&#8221;:<br />
Balancing postures demand our full, wakefull attention, the mind needs to be quiet to focus on the task at hand, or we fall over! That&#8217;s why these poses can instill a deep sense of calm. Learn the secrets of standing, arm, and hand balancing! In this playful workshop Ryan shares techniques to properly ground and center in order to fly!</p>
